Mercy that Endures
Mercy is often taken for granted because we frequently receive it without realizing it. When it’s taken away, we only notice the immediate consequences and can’t recall instances when it was given.
Lord, your mercy is enough for me when I cannot fight in the way that they can.
You fight for me when the world meanders down. You care for me, helping me stand on solid ground.
Lord, you never cease to amaze me as I realize the truth of Your words.
Give me the strength to reflect the same faithfulness that You show daily.
Grant me the capacity to receive Your spirit of abundance.
Guide my wavering heart that I may place my trust in You.
Strengthen my prayers, make them resonate to the people around me.
Keep us in tune to truth, that we may follow the rhythm of Your heart.
Your mercy and patience with us were shown through our Lord Jesus.
Show us more, Lord God, show us an overflow of grace.
Because only by Your grace are we allowed to stand before You daily.<br>
